A few weeks ago, Colin Franks shared an image of a grazing cow with us taken near his home for Mirrorless Monday. This time, he’s put us on a plane to Cuba where he took the following shot with his Panasonic G3:
About the photo, Colin states:
This was a gentleman I came across in Cuba in February. The panels of colour in the background really helped make this shot special.
Not only are the colours in the background just right, but the position of the elderly gentleman in front of them, as well as the kindly expression on his face make for an extremely interesting composition. I have always been a lover of portrait photography, so I am filled with admiration whenever I see someone like Colin Franks pull it off well as he has done here!
Remember, you too can be featured on Mirrorless Mondays! If you have a special photo you want to share, all you have to do is send us an email at mirrorlessons@gmail.com with a) information about the mirrorless camera you used, and b) a short blurb about the photo!
