Summer is on the way, and many nature-loving photographers are coming out to play. (Sorry, couldn’t resist the rhyme!) Summer is indeed a wonderful time for photographing nature at its best, with its rich foliage, colourful fields abound with flowers, animals and their growing babies, and warm soothing light.
Keeping in tune with the theme of ‘summer’, this week we are featuring Frank van Manen from the Netherlands who sent us this serene summery photograph of one of the trees right in his own backyard.
About the photo and his equipment, he states:
You asked me to send one of the pictures I made with the GH3 last month. Because I’ve my camera not so long, I kept the pictures near home. This one is from the backyard at a sunny day. There is no exciting story about this picture, it’s just one of the first sunny days here in The Netherlands. I hope you like it!
Remember, you too can be featured on Mirrorless Mondays! If you have a special photo you want to share, all you have to do is send us an email at mirrorlessons@gmail.com with a) information about the mirrorless camera you used, and b) a short blurb about the photo!
