About Mathieu Gasquet
- I am half French / half Italian but I love a good British cuppa. (And a welsh beer!)
- My love for photography was born when my parents gave me a Yashica FX-2000. (Sadly I broke it a few months later).
- I’ve been a professional video director and photographer for more than 10 years.
- I’ve eaten the very same cake for breakfast since I was a child. Heather finds this hilarious.
- I’m a huge cinema buff. I used to spend my weekends watching 3-4 movies in a row. I love TV dramas too and I can’t live without Netflix anymore!
- My dream is to be free to travel the world.
About Heather Broster
- I’ve had the fortune of living in Canada, Japan, England, Italy and Wales. Wanderlust, anyone?
- I first became passionate about photography when I received a Polaroid for my 14th birthday.
- I live a double life as a language teacher photography blogger and I adore both.
- I am a budding lepidopterist. Can’t find me? Look for me in a meadow!
- I am crazy about linguistics. Don’t get me talking about languages because I’ll never stop!
- My dream is to be free to travel the world.
Together, we created MirrorLessons in 2013, out of the desire to test mirrorless cameras and share the results in the form of reviews and artistic photography on the Web.
Since then, MirrorLessons has evolved to become a hub dedicated to mirrorless technology. The project has grown into a new website – Mirrorless Comparison (now our main website) – and a Youtube channel.
Additionally, in 2019 we launched a side project called Daily Italian Words, where we share our love for the Italian language.
